Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $100 million lawsuit against NBCUniversal, Peacock, and production company Ample Entertainment, claiming that the documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy is filled with “outrageous lies” that portray him as a “monster” and even “the embodiment of Lucifer.”
According to the lawsuit, the documentary falsely accuses Diddy of being involved in the deaths of his former partner Kimberly Porter, rapper Christopher Wallace (The Notorious B.I.G.), and others. It also allegedly links him to sexual abuse and human trafficking allegations, comparing him to Jeffrey Epstein—claims that Diddy and his legal team call “baseless conspiracy theories.”
Diddy’s lawyers argue that these “unfounded accusations” are not only damaging to his reputation but also jeopardize his right to a fair trial, as he is already facing federal charges related to racketeering and human trafficking. They claim the documentary was produced without verifying facts and was designed to create a scandal rather than present the truth.
NBCUniversal and Ample Entertainment have not yet responded to the lawsuit.
