Bianca Censori turned heads at the 2025 Grammy Awards when she walked the red carpet in a completely sheer mini dress, leaving little to the imagination. While her bold fashion choice sparked a media frenzy and divided public opinion, sources confirm that she will not face any legal consequences.

According to law enforcement sources who spoke with TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has received no formal complaints about Censori’s outfit—or lack thereof. Additionally, since the Grammys are a private event, legal action would be unlikely.

Did She Cross the Line?

While some critics argue that Censori’s look was inappropriate for a high-profile event, legal experts clarify that California’s indecent exposure laws require “willful public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intent to offend or sexually arouse.”

Attorney Andrea Oguntula told Page Six, “Technically, a case could be made, but it’s highly unlikely she would face any prosecution over this incident.” She added that if any legal action were to be taken, it would be up to the District Attorney’s office to decide.

Security Knew in Advance

Event organizers, including Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG Worldwide) and the Recording Academy, had security personnel on-site when Kanye West and Censori arrived at the ceremony. Sources close to the event insist that West, a controversial figure in both music and fashion, was a confirmed guest and had made it clear that he wanted to walk the red carpet.

The rapper-turned-designer opted for an all-black outfit with sunglasses and a diamond chain, while Censori initially appeared in a floor-length black fur coat. However, when it came time to pose for photographers, the 29-year-old model dramatically removed the coat, revealing her completely see-through dress and exposed backside.

Was It a Staged Publicity Stunt?

A Daily Mail lip reader claims West encouraged Censori to “make a scene.” Allegedly, he was heard instructing her to “throw it over your shoulders and turn around” before she ditched the coat.

The stunt seemed to mirror the cover art for West’s Vultures 1 album, which features an image of Censori wearing nothing but boots, with a sheer piece of fabric barely covering her lower half.

After their shocking red carpet moment, sources say security escorted the couple out of the venue. Later that night, Censori reappeared at an afterparty wearing an equally revealing sheer black bodysuit.

While her Grammy night look may have pushed boundaries, it appears that Censori and West got exactly what they wanted—headlines. But with no formal complaints filed, the couple walks away from the controversy unscathed.
